You’ll receive 2 identically sized baking/grill mats that measure 15.5” x 13”. The mats are made with a fiberglass core and have a non-stick PTFE coating on them. These are heat resistant to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and can be used in your barbeque or in the oven to keep your grill and cookie sheets clean. I’ve cut these to size for my cookie sheets to use in place of parchment paper for a reusable non-stick surface that doesn’t scratch. I also use these when grilling to keep fat and juices from dripping into the flame and causing flare ups. They’re perfect for vegetables to prevent them from falling through the grates. Make sure that the flame does not touch the mats directly; as long as the fire is well beneath the grates and under 500 degrees, the mats should work fine. Food doesn’t stick readily to them and they clean up easily with a bit of soapy warm water. They are also dishwasher safe.
