Walter's is an all-natural specialty mustard by Walter's Hot Dog Stand in Mamaroneck, NY. They use a proprietary blend of mustard seeds and pickle relish with no color additives that results in a light colored mustard with a unique flavor. It's not as yellow as a French's yellow mustard nor as brown as a Gulden's spicy brown mustard. The flavor is mild, not quite as bold as Grey Poupon or as tart as French's. It's not spicy but it does add a kick of mustard flavor and some brightness from the vinegar. It goes great on sandwiches, burgers, and hot dogs and I especially like it with ketchup and/or mayo. Makes a great base of marinades.
