Takeaway: Fits nicely over stack of small patio chairs; protects against sun, rain, snow, and dirt.

The chair cover comes inside a 10" x 9" fabric storage bag that has a nylon hanging loop in the corner and a zippered front. Inside the chair cover has a small handle (on the back towards the bottom) and unfolds to an ample 35" x 38" x 31". The cover is made from a single layer of waterproof UV-resistant nylon canvas. I'm using it to cover 6 plastic/metal wicker chairs that are stacked together which measure about 22" x 28" x 38" so I know the cover won't quite reach the ground. At both front corners on the bottom of the cover are snap buckles on loops to anchor the cover to the legs. In the rear right corner is the cord cinch to tightly wrap the cover around the base. With the cover, the chairs are protected from sun, dirt, and the elements. This is my first season using it so we'll see how well it endures through the winter. Overall, the cover fits my chairs pretty well and feels somewhat secure/durable. I would have preferred anchor points in all four corners instead of just the front two, but it may not be a problem; I'll have to see if it blows off during a storm.
