In the repair kit you'll receive an illustrated instruction manual, a pair of tweezers, two plastic pry tools, a pentalobe 5-point screwdriver, Philips-head screwdriver, a suction cup, a plastic pick pry tool, the battery, a pin tool (for the SIM card slot) and two sets of double sided adhesive stickers.

The battery was much easier to change than I had anticipated. I watched a number of how-to videos in advance to make sure I was comfortable with the process. The only part that tripped me up is that the adhesive sticker release tabs holding the battery in the phone ripped as I was pulling on them. However, I was still able to remove the battery without much prying. The included tools were all that I needed for the replacement which took me about 15 minutes to complete. It's really great that two sets of replacement stickers were included because I messed up the first set trying to stick them in the case first and not directly onto the battery.

After turning on the phone with the new battery, which has a higher capacity at 2100 mAh versus the original 1800 mAh one, it showed a partial charge of 57%. I charged it for about an hour until fully charged. Using the Battery Life app from the app store, it reported that the battery is in perfect condition and that my run-times are around 11-14 hrs (mixed use) and standby time about 10.5 days, just like or even better than when it was factory new.
