You'll receive the battery charger, a flat microUSB cable, and two Sony style NP-F550 batteries. The charger measures 2.5"W x 4.5"L x 5/8"H. It is powered by microUSB but doesn't come with a wall adapter. However, you can plug it into any full sized powered USB port or adapter. The batteries are rated 7.2V 2900 mAh and fit a number of different photography accessories like remote LCD monitors and LED Lights. Both batteries work as expected in my devices, providing long-lasting rechargeable power. Then can also be used with a battery pack converter adapter for my Sony camera for extended battery life when going on shoots. When the batteries need to be charged, simply slide them into the charger and plug it in. The indicator lights for each bay are red when charging and change to green when the battery is full. Overall the abttery charger works great and can fully charge two NP-F550 battery in about 6 hours.
