The swim trunks come in about a dozen different color choices. They're made of a 100% machine-washable nylon fabric that is smooth with a bit of texture. The material is thicker/heavier than I expected, like wind breaker fabric, and opaque even when wet. However, it still manages to be quick drying.

There is no fly on the front of these shorts. Inside, you have a soft, mesh liner. The waistband is moderately stretchy and covers a range of about 3 inches. In the middle you have two reinforced button holes for the high contrast neon drawstring. On both sides are mesh-lined pockets that allow the water to drain through. On the back there is a Velcro pocket on the right-hand side.

If we take a close look at the stitching and seams on these, for the most part, the stitch is straight, even, and precise. Only upon close inspection would you notice slight unevenness at closure seams or the occasional loose thread end. According to the sizing chart, the Asian Medium which is the equivalent of a US men's extra-small for waist sizes 28-30" though I found it to be slightly oversized and a better range would be sizes 29-31". The outseam on the "Medium" size is 15.5 inches and the inseam measures 5 inches making these a thigh length short.

The fit was slightly loose for me but with the drawstring tied, managed to stay on securely. It fit much better on a 30" waist. The medium length cuts off just above the knee for a sporty look. As for drying time, after getting out of the water the shorts dried after about 10 minutes in 85 degree weather after toweling off. Overall, these swim trunk beach shorts have a nice modern cut and fit, with an ample waist without being baggy, are comfortable to wear, and made with durable quick-drying fabrics.
