The shower curtain comes with a pack of 12 plastic curtain ring hangers shaped like the letter 'C.' While the included hooks are quite cheap, they're functional. The curtain is made from 100% polyester and has a plain white look, like the ones found in hotels. It has 12 metal grommets on top for hanging the curtain. The material is thick and durable with a matte sheen to it and the fabric is so much nicer than vinyl. The seams on the curtain are neatly stitched and straight with few flaws in workmanship. Along the sides there are cords sewn into the edge for a clean looking finish. The fully opened curtain measures 72" by 72" and is tall enough to clear a tub with your curtain bar at the standard 6 ft height. The material is water resistant and directing the shower stream directly at it does not allow the water to come through the material. However, prolonged exposure to water will eventually saturate the curtain. That said, the water moves down the curtain via gravity and drains off the edge quickly, allowing it to dry fast and avoid mold growth. I've use this curtain as the inner layer in my shower for almost two months with no issues with mold or mildew so far. The curtain can be machine washed on the gentle cycle, though avoid the drier and hang dry instead.
